About the role
As a Cold Caller at Output, you call agency owners from lists we build for you, open a real conversation about how their team delivers, and book the interested ones in for a free AI assessment.
You’re the first voice an agency hears from us. Calls run through our built-in dialler with every lead, note and recording in one place. No list building, no admin. Just good conversations at volume.
Base plus a bonus for every assessment that shows. Strong callers move up to Setter and Sales Rep.
What you’ll do
Make 150+ dials a day
Lists are built and loaded for you. Your job is to get through them.
Book 3+ assessments a day
Every booking is an agency owner who wants to see what AI could save them.
Keep it human
No script read aloud. A sharp open, real questions, and a reason to keep talking.
Log every call
Outcome, notes and next step in the CRM, so nothing slips.
Follow up on every callback
If they said call me Thursday, you call them Thursday.
Review your calls every week
Listen back with the sales lead, find what’s working, do more of it.
Submit a clean EOD every day
Dials, connects, bookings and what tomorrow looks like.
Who we’re hiring
Cold calling experience. B2B is a bonus.
Thick skin. A no is just the next dial.
A clear, confident voice and a natural way with people.
Available 9am to 5pm UK time, Monday to Friday.
Comfortable with diallers and CRMs.
Coachable. You change your open when the data says so.
Hungry to grow into a Setter or Sales Rep seat.
